Van/LCV Warranty/Service Administrator required in Swansea. Up to £21,258 annual starting salary pending experience and current earnings. Up to £7,200 bonus potential per annum! 40 hours per week 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday only! Our client, a large manufacturer approved commercial vehicle dealer group established across South Wales, is currently looking to hire a Van/LCV Warranty/Service Administrator for their busy Swansea dealership. Reporting to the LCV Service Manager and working as part of a team, your key responsibilities will include: Receive job cards from and input all claims/invoices detail Maximising available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved Submission of final invoice to BSP for payment Submit all warranty/goodwill claims via franchise process Check any claim/invoice rejected and resubmit errors or in conjunction with manager investigate why rejected Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department are in line with company standards Ensure all customer queries are dealt with both speedily and effectively, and that any unresolved problems are referred to the immediate manager Ensure that all administration relevant to effective running of the department is dealt with promptly and correctly within the following guidelines. To carry out Warranty/R&M/Retail invoicing and assist in other areas of the admin department as required In order to be eligible for this role you will require previous experience in a form vehicle invoicing/administration in the automotive sector, ideally within a franchise approved automotive dealership. You will also need to be IT literate and ideally have experience with the 1 link dealer management system. For your hard work as a Van/LCV Warranty/Service Administrator our client is offering: Up to £21,258 annual starting salary pending experience and current earnings. Up to £7,200 bonus potential per annum! Full in-house and manufacturer training. 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. A workplace pension scheme.
