We are currently looking for an energetic and friendly individual to join our ever-expanding team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in our South Wales location. The role would be working for the Swansea & West Wales branch of Teaching Personnel; however, the role would be based in our Welsh hub office which is based in central Cardiff. Due to the office base and the large geographical area being covered, we do only consider applications from people who have access to a vehicle and the ability to drive. We are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join the team to help support and maintain existing business, while also growing and developing the business into new areas. The Swansea & West Wales team, work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Pembrokeshire. Our Wales team is made up of diverse, dynamic, and social individuals with varying experience and backgrounds. They always maintain a positive working environment and have a good reputation amongst clients and candidates for delivering excellent customer service while also maintaining very positive professional relationships. This is a full time, permanent position starting as soon as possible. The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector and will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
