So what's the role?
This is a Talent Acquisition Partner role that could easily be a Head of Talent in other smaller businesses where you are accountable for a dedicated part of the business which is based UK-wide. You would be managing a sizeable team, and working within a large talent acquisition function.
Working closely with key stakeholders and through your team, you will develop & deliver quality talent attraction plans using best practice tools & methodologies to ensure future talent is recruited efficiently & effectively.
You will need to view talent gaps with a contemporary lens to evolve methodologies and consider new ways of attracting top talent, along with enhanced digital & technology interventions to increase "brand reach".
Who are they looking for?
You'll have previously led, managed, and developed an in-house talent acquisition team within a scarce skill area, and understand the challenges that come with the territory of a multi-site volume recruitment function.
You'll be a technical expert within your field, a naturally curious individual who is always seeking out new & improved ways of recruiting. You'll be tried and tested, confident with your peers to make commercially informed decisions and solutions based on the gathered data.
Hybrid working is the norm, and it's likely that you'll be in the South Manchester office 1-2 days/week to collaborate with your colleagues. Salary wise they are initially looking at the £60-65k basic range plus a performance-based bonus.
