The Service Administrator will respond to enquiries from professionals and external agencies, make travel arrangements for patients and to attend team meetings and take minutes of all administrative / business matters that arise in the meeting.

The client is a well-established public sector business based in Leeds.

Description

The Service Administrators key responsibilities are:

To make diary arrangements for staff including room bookings.

To receive and welcome clients, families and professionals for group meetings where appropriate and act as first point of contact for the Service.

To attend weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings as required and take minutes of all administrative / business matters that arise in the meeting.

Profile

The successful Service Administrator will

-Have minute taking experience

-Previously worked in an admin role

-Be able to provide a friendly service

-Be an organised individual
