Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants

Organising Keys for Move Ins
New Business- Finding and securing new opportunities for new stock
Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Visiting all properties available to Let within 24 hours of instruction
Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
Updating Jupix with feedback regularly
Daily matching of applicants and three times weekly applicant call out
Call through archived Applicants
Relo Agents send new property details on new instruction
Maintain database of relocation agents in the area
Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
Booking in appraisals taking all necessary information
Upload details onto Jupix as a Market Appraisal
Confirm appraisal appointment with LL as appropriate
Preparing appraisal packs
Preparing comparables as appropriate
Arranging for re-evaluation by HOD of any relets and prepare for remarketing
Ensure the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place
Prepare new properties for marketing
Creating brochures for properties
Send brochure to LL for confirmation of agreement to live advertising
Strong negotiating skills
A track record in letting property in North London or similar location
Outstanding communications skills in person and in writing; you are going to be our brand ambassadors with customers, and you'll need to be able to quickly build good relationships.
A consistent sales record demonstrating that you are capable of building and sustaining sales pipelines over time
A shared focus on delivering a high-quality customer service-oriented deals with an ethical approach to business
