Our client, who is in the Financial Services sector are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. With a strong desire to keep learning, the successful candidate should be Salesforce Administrator Certified and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Salesforce Administrator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Gather and analyse business requirements and build solutions on the Salesforce platform. • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and solutions. • Identify and define opportunities for improvement. • Assist with operational rollout and support SKILLS As a Salesforce Administrator you should have: - Solid Salesforce administration and business analysis skills - Able to write user stories - Be the point of contact and able to run workshops - Declaritive experience is essential - Familiar with validation rules / workflows etc. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Fintech/FinServices experience would be ideal, but not essential. Proven track record of helping deliver successful software, IT and business projects/solutions Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (regression testing, smoke testing, automated test tools) QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce Administration Certification
