Expert Recruits are pleased to be working with a hugely successful Legal 500 firm in their search for a skilled Post-Completion Assistant to join their busy Residential Property Department.
The role will sit within the firm's bright and modern Basingstoke office, located close by to a collection of shops and eateries.
Working alongside a large team, you will be exposed to a variety of work from large freehold sales and purchases to shared ownership flats. Day-to-day you will be involved in; completion of SDLT applications, servicing appropriate notices, dealing with the Land Registry, updating Lenders, providing completed registration documents, closing files and other post-completion duties.
As the ideal candidate you'll have previous experience of working within a busy Residential Property Department, with a good understanding of post-completion tasks. You must have excellent communication skills, computer literacy and typing skills and be proactive in working both independently and as part of a wider team.
