This vacancy has been created because of the business deciding to move the external management of all our paid search and social media marketing in-house. This is a very hands-on role, involving the direct management of large UK & International social media and search campaigns.
Strong experience of creating and managing these types of campaigns is essential. As Performance marketing manager you will have responsibility for £multi-million UK and Overseas Google ad, Facebook and Instagram, social media campaign budgets.
You will prospect for new customers and successfully managing core acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, to cost-effective ROI targets. The role involves liaising with the buying team to ensure the right products receive the advertising support they need, at the right time. You will also work closely on a day-to-day basis with the broader Digital team, to ensure site-side and off-site content is made available to support digital advertising campaigns, with the effect of improving performance and efficiency of budget spend, while also seeking new advertising opportunities.
Campaign performance monitoring and reporting are key responsibilities. You will report campaign performance to the business, with the goal of maximising campaign spend efficiency, using both cost- and revenue-attribution modelling. You will take a cross-channel performance approach to management of the company campaign spend.
The role will also involve some broader marketing responsibilities, including aspects of our SEO and digital content strategies.
Reporting: You will report to the Head of growth.
Skills & Experience- You can demonstrate more than 5 years of hands-on brand UK & international campaign management experience; in a brand or agency environment. Your experience must include campaign strategy, budget and performance target responsibility. You have a deep understanding and expertise with the day-to-day creation, management, and optimisation of the following marketing campaign types: • Cost-effective acquisition, prospecting, and retargeting campaigns • Social media ad campaigns. Including: Image ads, video ads, Poll ads, Collection ads, etc • Google ad campaigns. Including: Search, Display, Video (YT), Shopping • Brand building • Customer prospecting • Shopify Plus You should have a thorough working knowledge of: • Google Analytics • Google Ad campaign management interface • Facebook Ads manager interface • Tik Tok Pinterest and Kelkoo • MS Excel • MS Power BI is an advantage Goals • Grow brand awareness amongst key customer groups • Drive new sales and revenue to cost-effective ROI targets • Identify and realise new acquisition and retention campaign opportunities
