B2B Order Management - Customer Service Support / perfume division Our client, one of the most luxurious Italian brands is now looking for a B2B Order Management - Customer Service Support professional to join their diverse team. Job description: Manage sales and purchase orders from customers and take care of the Middle East region clients via phone/chat/email Coordinate logistics and shipping to the region of competence in line with existing KPIs Reply to inquiries from clients or sales managers related to order management, stock availability, shipping status, credit issues, logistics and mis-shipments, within 48 hrs. from their receipt and keep track of them Coordinate operational activities for assigned markets verifying progress; when obstacles arise intervene/escalate within agreed deadlines and commercial requirements Manage, research, and resolve claims for clients Work closely with Credit Risk, F&A, and Sales Managers for credit limit issues Act as a liaison between client services and store, sharing information relevant to both departments and booking in-store appointments for final clients Identify and challenge any negative effects on the Client Experience prior to new launches, promotions, mass emails, and improvement projects Qualifications: B2B Customer Service experience (desired) MS Office experience especially Excel Knowledge of SAP is desirable Experience in working with Middle East clients (knowledge about their culture and order management process would be an advantage) Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage but not essential Benefits: 25 days annual leave Private health insurance Dental insurance Pension contribution Life assurance Staff discounts
