We are currently recruiting for experienced customer service advisors to work on behalf of a well known bank on their Motor Finance team!
Full time 40 hours per week - shifts on rota between 7am - 11pm
£11.20 / hour paid fortnightly
On site (Deansgate, Manchester) then Work From Home after 3 months. Full training given.
1st August start date!
What you will be doing:
- Providing sales and customer service support to Corporate customers by owning and managing the Sales Administration process for designated corporate accounts
- Building effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Lead customer relationships, carrying out specific tasks that make the best use of your individual skills (in line with business needs) to help the wider department.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in a call handling environment (2 years minimum)
- Resilient & confident
- Able to manage individual workload and diary
