The Job: The Conquer Media Account Executive will act as a client advocate and work in lockstep with other disciplines across Conquer and agency partners to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied from the top down. Hitting on everything from business operations to market research, the Conquer Account Strategy team helps wrangle vision out of the nebula that is modern day advertising. A true partner across both internal Conquer disciplines and the client, this position will toe the line between vision and execution through the lens of media activation.



Requirements


  • B.S/B.A. degree
  • 2+ years of experience in client management and planning
  • 2+ years of experience working in a likeminded industry [media, strategy, brand, creative, marketing] or capacity
  • Proven ability to strengthen and foster client/vendor relationships
  • Bottom line: Determining the most important client outcome that media can affect and masterminding a strategy approach to get there
  • Client account lead surrounding key business outcomes meant to accomplish through media and on-going communication as required
  • Serves as accountability person in delivering appropriate business outcomes for the client, drafting the media strategy brief for approval
  • Handles all DOS pertinent to agency-client relationship: Exhibit A "SOW", Agency Agreement, Media Plan
  • Communicates client needs clearly and effectively with internal and external agency partners
  • Works proactively and strategically with internal teams to best support client needs and deliverables
  • Develops and drafts strategies for client documents whether that be a strategic growth plan, media audit, media plan, etc.
  • Organizes and executes necessary process for managing each client as individualized as possible [client-focused]
  • Stays on top of industry trends, research, and overall state-of-the-industry that shape strategy and informs media plans
