A fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up.The PositionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to manage the day to day marketing functions with us at JKS Restaurants. The successful Marketing Manager will: Organise and implement events and key marketing strategy for Arcade Food Hall and the 9 internal brands at site level. Lead on the creation of an email strategy with support from Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing. Manage the content on the website and all digital platforms. Lead on press KPI tracking, reporting and fulfilling requests and bookings. Execution of individual marketing initiatives including collateral production, liaison with suppliers, liaison with PR and implementation of events. Lead on social media content creation, scheduling and reporting with the Head of Marketing. Review and ensure all external communication, websites, 3rd party online & collateral is up to date and relevant and delivered in a timely manner with support from the Head of Digital Marketing. Timely reporting & measurement of brand marketing initiatives. Ensure all marketing & sales material is up to date, and reflective of the business in terms of quality and accuracy; for both online and hard copies. Lead bi-weekly marketing meetings with onsite and central team updating on marketing initiatives, activity and results. Lead on event promotion booking and scheduling with assistance from Head of Marketing and onsite team. Review the customer journey and ensure UX is optimized for conversion- for table bookings, retail sales, group enquiries, gifting and email sign ups. Generate post-campaign reports. Research trend predictions, competitor analysis. Assist the marketing team with any group brand initiatives.The successful Marketing Manager will have: Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing within a luxury business; The right balance of strategic thinking and ability to execute effectively; A proven track record of delivering creative and inventive campaigns against KPI's across various channels; Experience with social media/community engagement; A natural sense for creative thinking and strong copywriting skills; Evidence of innovation and bringing new ideas which have driven business growth; Be a curious, fast learner, with a fearless attitude and a passion for storytelling; Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Benefits & Culture Our team is the most important part of our business, translating our passion for genuine hospitality to our guests every day.
