Marketing Content Executive: Hybrid (2 Days in Office + 3 Days Remote Working) We have an exciting opportunity to join Gi Group, who are one of the world's leading recruitment companies. You will be joining the Marketing department as Marketing Content Executive and will support across the Marketing team. Your role will be a varied one, and we will give you all the support you need to be successful. Put simply, we need you to be an excellent wordsmith and to become over time, our content expert. We'll need you to support us with developing client- and candidate- facing content for the brands in our Group. We'll also need you to provide support for elements of internal communications too. Your work will be key to the execution of our marketing and digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: Writing and content development o Develop our thought-leadership content: from infographics, playbooks and case studies, to in-depth feature articles, brochures, and whitepapers. o Campaign content: from emails, adverts and landing pages, to social media. o Online content: from client microsites, and revamping our brand pages. o Internal comms: support as required with internal communications initiatives. Proofing, editing and quality control o Editing and Proofing - Routinely proof and edit all content and communications material produced and ensure they are at an acceptable standard from a readability, flow, and grammatical accuracy standpoint. o Re-evaluation - re-evaluate key materials that have already been produced. Advise where changes need to be made-and make the changes. Required Skills: We need a person who is: o Highly organized - someone who is excellent at organizing and can also prioritise o Highly literate - a storyteller who is very competent at writing compelling copy, and who has a firm grasp of English language grammar and punctuation. o Conceptual - someone who can assemble information; understand (or be briefed as to) the overall picture; and then write compelling content. o Good presentation skills - an ability to gather information, draw conclusions, and then present the findings and make recommendations. o Good people skills - last but certainly not least: someone with good interpersonal skills who can build good relations with different stakeholders Required Personal Attributes: We need a person who is: o A wordsmith - someone who enjoys working with words. o Organized - someone who is extremely organized and can work to tight deadlines. o Detailed - someone who is methodical and pays attention to detail o Curious - someone who enjoys looking at data and asking "why" and "what if" o Rational - someone who is good at seeing patterns, and interpreting what they mean o A team player - someone who is diligent, who enjoys working, helping, and interacting with others, and working towards a common goal Gi Group iCIMS is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
