IQA in Business Services Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic non-profit organisation based within the West Midlands. Due to a period of growth, the team is now looking to expand within the West Midlands. As an IQA in Business Services, you will provide support to the teaching and delivery staff within Business Services, ensuring the training, coaching and learning meets the needs of the learners, and standards set by awarding bodies. £33,000 - £38,000 Hybrid Working 25 Days + Bank Holidays Up to 6% Matched Pension Contribution Option for Flexible Working Internal Health and Wellbeing Team Employee Assistance Program, Gym Discounts, and option to buy holiday also available. Great training support, with access to learning programmes through company platform.Key Duties and Responsibilities of the IQA Undertaking observation of teaching, learning and assessment to support continuous improvement and ensure a standardised approach is adopted across the team. Provide support and guidance to the training team, identifying key development areas and determine support needs. Preparation for visits, assessments, and inspections from external stakeholders such as Ofsted and SFA. Work closely with the management team on quality matters: identify and prioritise areas for interventions and maintain a good, supportive, and constructive relationship with colleagues. Contribute to the improvement of assessment practice to ensure the organisation meets Ofsted requirements for the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) Undertake audits of the Internal Verification system and procedure to ensure compliance with all policies and procedure Liaising with the awarding bodies to ensure documentation and records are maintained to a high standard.Skills and Qualifications Required of the IQA Assessor qualified (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33 or equivalent) Hold recognised Internal Quality Assurance Qualification (V1, Level 4 TAQA) Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS, Award in Education and Training or equivalent Vocational competence working as an IQA.
