A global Real-Estate firm is looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager for a 12-month maternity cover fixed term contract (FTC).
The purpose of the role is to develop and execute an impactful and compelling internal communications and engagement strategy that builds morale and drives behavioural change in growing the organisation. Key responsibilities include delivering a pan-UK internal communications strategy, managing the in-house Internal Comms & Events team, delivering impactful leadership communications, managing existing internal communications platforms, working closely with the brand team as well as recognising potential risks and helping devise mitigation strategies and plans.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in internal communications, engagement or events and will be comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization whilst having a proven track record in understanding business agendas. The firm is also looking for someone who is proactive, confident, strategic and well organised and has strong project management skills, strong writing skills, experience in storyboarding and the ability to edit videos with Adobe Rush and Sharepoint.
