As an HR Partner you are responsible for the HR activities/projects/questions in support of the management teams and team leaders of divisions/departments that you have in your portfolio. You will be part of an HR Segment Team and call on HR experts in competence centres to develop general HR projects, programs, operational solutions and practices that contribute to achieving the business objectives of your respective departments/divisions.
You are the preferred discussion partner for your business. You act as HR SPOC for a certain division/department and offer HR consulting, where you find HR solutions, implement them and communicate them in the field of the development of the organization & its employees, headcount and FTE budget management, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management.
You contribute, together with the competence centres, to the development and implementation of operational and strategic HR projects and concepts and in this way you contribute to their equal application.
You provide input and advice with regard to the development of the organization and its employees and you facilitate the changes.
You manage and communicate with the business the HR calendar (including the social calendar) in order to help achieve the business strategy/objectives. You coordinate union files and answer union interventions for your specific division/departments.
You work together with the business on the 'People Plan' of the future, in line with the priorities of the Strategic Workforce Plan.
You present and analyse the results of staff satisfaction and work out action plans together with the business.
You are part of the People & Development Solutions team and you give spontaneous feedback about your population and take initiatives that can help your colleagues HR partners with similar problems.
You maintain close contact with the HR competence centres and the HR Strategic.

You preferably have a university degree. HR experience is a plus.
You have a first work experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position.
Customer oriented with an "employee first" reflex in your nature.
Communicative, both verbally and in writing and you can organize well. You can build bridges between opposing interests. You are fluent in drawing up and giving presentations.
You are a team player focused on collaboration across teams.
Discretion in handling confidential files.
You can synthesize business problems and translate them into clear proposals and actions. You are able to convince others of your proposals.
Fluent in NL/FR and good skills in ENG.
