Our client is looking for a HR IT Business Analyst to join their team. If you have BA skills, and HRIT or HR / Payroll experience then they would love to hear from you. They are a huge end user with physical assets in 32 countries, and are considered to be a leader in their sector. This is a hybrid role, with a combiniation of homeworking and based in the office. RESPONSIBILITIES As the HR IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for control of the functional design documents, analysis of data, plus reporting to stakeholders on the scope of implementationss and upgrades. SKILLS You should ideally have the following skills: -Knowledge of ADP, Kronos, SAP, SuccessFactors -Analytical skills are essential -Knowledgable around the design, implementation and support of HR and payroll teams EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS As the HR IT Business Analyst you should ideally you would have worked in other large organisations to understand best practice and be able to identify process improvement opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Relevant IT qualifications would be advantageous
