They are looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join them on a six month contract role to work alongside their busy HR and Recruitment team, providing exceptional support. The responsibilities for the Administrator include; Developing and managing the induction process Responsible for supporting the HR team Answering calls and general queries from colleagues. General HR duties - administration, coordinating and supporting senior members of staff Work with recruitment agencies if required, to fill business needs, managing the relationship with third parties, budgets, and contracts Assist hiring managers with screening of resumes where needed.
