Housing Option Officer My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Options Officer to work with the Housing Options Team to carry out the Council's statutory policies and duties to the Homeless. Contract length: 3 months (scope for extension). Type: Full time. Rates: £ Very Competitive / Negotiable on experience Remote working. Qualifications/knowledge/experience Section 184 decision making. Worked in local authority before. Have strong customer service skills, compassion, and empathy for difficult cases. Experience working with vulnerable client groups for example the homeless, potentially homeless and young people.It is essential to this role you have extensive knowledge of Homelessness Reduction Act (HRA) 2017, and prior knowledge of the Act too.
