The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Director and other members of the Executive team as needed. The administrative assistant position requires a high level of tact, strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, ability to manage schedules, and the ability to complete project work while at the same time attending to the routine, daily work. The ability to be flexible and a can-do and will-do attitude will be important to the success of the person in this new role.

Responsibilities

Summary-Major Purposes or Objective:

The Finance Manager of Corporate Development will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to identify, measure, present and execute on strategic opportunities that improve Enterprise financial and operational performance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Examination and preparation of financial and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization, and EBITDA growth
Development of business cases for strategic initiatives, including supporting financial models and analysis
Benchmarking studies of current operations and development of areas for improvement
Market research and analysis into current and prospective lines of business
Preparation of materials for senior executive level presentations
Presentation of key projects to senior executives
Assist with all other duties and special projects as needed and exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they are identified to assist with projects as needed.

Location Requirements: None required - preferred East Coast US - can be remote

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education Required: BA/BS - Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Preferred: CFA, CPA or MBA

Experience Required: 3-5 Years Management Consulting, Corporate Development or Finance with focus in Healthcare, Strategy, Equity Research or M&A

Preferred: 1-2 Years in corporate position within Healthcare, Physician Services or Revenue Cycle Management organization
