This established multi office property brand are looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager based at their offices in Andover.
This successful well known agent is part of a national network of over 150 offices, all focused on delivering the very best property letting and management service to landlords nationwide.
The Senior Property Manager role is mainly office based, working and supporting other professional team members covering inspections, inventories and reporting.
You'll be responsible for organising and maintaining regular communication within the teamto ensure that the Property Management team succeed in their commitments to their landlords and ensure that service levels are upheld in this busy team that oversees a large property portfolio.
To be considered for this position previous experience working as a Property Manager is required, with a good overall knowledge of industry legislation.You will also need to be focused on delivering the very best customer service, IT literate, well organised, used to working under pressure and be confident communicating with landlords and tenants.
The office working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.30pm.
