We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customs Clearance Co-ordinator working from our head office in Coalville! This Customs Clearance Coordinator role would suit a confident team player who is highly organised, results-driven, displays excellent attention to detail, and has the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will need to be comfortable with liaising with exporters, dealing with queries related to customs procedures, and building internal relationships. About this Customs Clearance Coordinator role Preparation of customs entries to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met Liaising with exporters and others to obtain mandatory information for import entries Completion of import entry using ASM sequoia software Regular use of Destin8 port system Dealing with queries relating to customs procedures, tariff classifications, duty rates etc Working within a larger team to help with regular audit routines Working with our internal teams to build a secure importing structure Monitoring of freight and clearance costs Training on CDS import declarations will be providedThis Customs Clearance Coordinator role would suit candidates with experience, or an interest in developing their skills in the following areas: Compliance, Freight, Clearance, Import, Export, Queries, Customs Clearance.
