Customer Support Co-ordinator

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday

PAYE Rate: £10.76 p/h

Hours: 40 Hours per week

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country.

The Role:

As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will be working on but not limited to:

  • Accurately filing vehicle documentation
  • Booking in units at multiple locations
  • You will be responsible for using and updating multiple external customers databases and systems
  • Liaising with the Account Managers and Account Directors for each account, to give feedback on administrative processes and ongoing customer experience
  • You will be dealing with multiple sites ensuring smooth transition of units to sale
