CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER Office based Tewkesbury 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Part-Time, £21,280 (pro-rata) HETAS & Woodsure have a fantastic opportunity for a Customers Services Officer to join our busy Business Development department in a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. You will be joining us at an exciting time of growth and the role offers plenty of scope for personal and professional input. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing exceptional service to every customer and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will help to resolve all types of customer enquiries across various means of communication including inbound and outbound calls, emails and in time, live chat. From helping consumers find their local HETAS Installer or Chimney Sweep, to providing support with obtaining copies of their certification documents. Main duties will include: Provide consumer-based helpline support, offering guidance and providing knowledge in a variety of non-technical consumer related queries. Understand the HETAS schemes and competencies required to ensure the correct recommendation of a HETAS Registrant to the consumer. Support a variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to homeowners, tenants, local authorities and HETAS Registrants. Suggest improvements to the process and schemes from collating customer feedback. Provide Business Management information from the database and registers. Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of HETAS Effectively utilise our CRM database and Microsoft Office software packages including Word, basic Excel, Outlook etc. to support administrative processes. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Strong customer service experience is essential, with knowledge of working in a busy customer focused environment, dealing with high levels of communications. An ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders effectively, including challenging clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination with the ability to effectively prioritise workload and deadlines. The ability to prioritise your workload to maximise the benefits to our customers. Experience of working with live chat would be desirable.
