Customer Service & Fulfillment Assistant

The entrepreneurial owner is looking for an ambitious, bright, organised and energetic individual to join their young dynamic team.
The position is permanent. Based in Moreton-in-Marsh and working 9am to 5pm. Pay commences at £21k - £22k per annum (note that all employees have enjoyed pay rises of at least 20% since joining).
Core responsibilities include: answering emails, answering phones, being active on our various digital channels and working with other team members to log, discuss and solve customer issues.Ensuring that customers' welcome packs are of a high standard and are delivered in a timely manner. Processing orders, populating welcome letters and certificates, printing materials and posting packs. This element of the role provides a great opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of business operations and develop a platform for further professional growth.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00. Additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business. A genuine exciting opportunity for a fun, hard-working and ambitious individual to secure a position with genuine prospects for career development and progression.
