Credit Controller, £24,384, Wetherby, hybrid working

Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for a company who are looking for a Credit Controller. Working within the agriculture sector you will be dealing with farmers, building relationships, and working with them to arrange payment.

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of your customer base• Develop excellent relationships with your customers and other stakeholders• To ensure the timely co-ordination of payments in relation to cash collection and aged debt reduction • To be proactive in collections activities • Providing solutions to assist customers with their cash flow • Managing credit limits in-line with relevant authorisations• To manage aging debt and escalate where required • Working with internal colleagues to ensure actions are carried out in a timely manner • To maintain customer records and notify the relevant department of changes required• To ensure processes are followed as part of the collection requirements
