Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting with a key client, in their search for a Commercial Administrator. Ideally you will have experience within a food manufacturing business and have the ability to visualise strategy.The company offer Hybrid working with 2 days working from home, 33 days holiday and visibility of a global business and strategy.The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for: Managing customer complaints and customer response times Processing and producing complaints data including common trends Providing complaints summary data to suppliers Managing customer investigations including gathering supporting evidence and liaising with customers with progress and resolutions Create customer complaints presentations for company meetings and audits Support management with ethical audit management, Modern Slavery compliance, and conducting risk assessments Creation and management of reporting tools Ensuring dispatch of goods and keeping track of deliveries Requirements: Experienced within a technical or complaints role Experience of working with FMCG or similar - preferable Excellent planning and organisational skills Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and writtenElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
