Our client in Hatfield is looking for an administrator to join their busy and friendly team. You will be a key member of the team ensuring a smooth run of the department and being well orgnaised with good multi tasking skills. Salary - 23-25K depending on experience Job type - Full time (no hybrid working) Location - Hatfield Hours - 37.5 HPW Mon - Thurs 8:30AM - 4:30PM & Fri 8AM-4PM (with a 30 min unpaid lunch) Holiday - 25 days Role And Responsibilities (The following are key functions of the role but not limited to) Collection and processing of all delivery notes Answering calls. Updating works resource planner when required Processing delivery notes Coordinate and organise meetings Carry out general administration duties required by the management team Manage company vehicle administration Raising of all purchase orders booking in goods in Expedite all purchase orders in conjunction with the business system reports Complete various monthly reports scanning and filing Recording fuel and mileage for company fleet vehicles Oversee all vehicle tracking reports Carry out all purchasing requirements for projects & general purchases Coordinate the calibration databaseyou will need: Excellent communication skills Computer literate work well under pressure Ability to pick up tasks with ease Experience within an administrative role Experience with sage200 is preferred but not essential
