The ideal Academic Mentor will be confident, have a proven track record of working effectively with young people and be willing to work individually and as a part of a team. This role will suit outgoing personalities who are looking for an exciting and rewarding role, and are able to develop a good rapport with post 16 students.Recent, relevant experience that can be referenced is essential. You will also have an understanding of the emerging adult status of post 16 students, the UCAS process and of Enrichment and Personal development at post 16 level.As Britain's first federated school, our campus embraces two schools, Boys' and Girls' with a co-ed Sixth Form.
